Fresh Flower Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your order, including incorrect items or quality concerns, please contact our customer support team with your order details and, if possible, photographs of the product received.

Cancellations
